  • Have you shipped my order yet?

    A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. If it's been over a few days since you entered your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, that's a big bummer! Please contact our customer service team at care@vissla.com and we'd be stoked to help you out.

  • I'm having trouble with my order and/or shipment, help me!

    Most importantly, don't panic, almost everything can be solved. If you're having any issues just contact our customer service team at care@vissla.com and we'd be stoked to help you.

  • I never received my order, what the heck?!

    That's a big bummer, lets figure out why that happened. Please contact our customer service team at care@vissla.com, we'd be happy to help you through it.

  • I received an incorrect or damaged item within my order, what the heck?!

    That's a big bummer, lets figure out why that happened. We ask that you please contact our customer service team at care@vissla.com, to ensure that your refund or warranty replacement is properly processed. Please do not return the product without contacting our customer service team.

  • Can I get a copy of my invoice?

    Most definitely, just contact our customer service team at care@vissla.com and we can hook you up with one.

  • I think I ordered the wrong stuff, can you help me change my order?

    Oh no! If you realize you've ordered the wrong stuff, contact our customer service team at care@vissla.com as soon as you can so can try to change your order before it leaves the warehouse.

  • When will my order be shipped?

    Orders will be processed and shipped within one to two business days, excluding holidays and weekends. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. You can track your order HERE by entering in your Web Order ID # (WEBV-#####) and email address. Please note that our shipping department is closed on the weekends, on all major holidays and from Christmas though New Year's day. If it's been over a few days since you entered your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, that's a big bummer! Please contact our customer service team at care@vissla.com and we'd be stoked to help you out.

  • When am I billed for my order?

    Your credit card is charged only when the order is shipped. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. If it's been over a few business days since you entered your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, that's a big bummer! Please contact our customer service team at care@vissla.com and we'd be stoked to help you out.

  • What's up with sales tax?

    Only California and Hawaii residents are required to pay sales tax.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, and Visa), and Klarna! Got questions? Give us a shout at care@vissla.com.

  • Do you offer any discounts?

    We offer military and first responder discounts! Please click here to verify your military or first responder status to get a single use discount code. **not vailid on Premium Japanese Wetsuits or curated goods.

  • I ordered the wrong size and it doesn't fit! What should I do?

    If you purchased the product from a retailer, please contact the retailer directly. If you purchased the product from our site, please follow these instructions: If you've used the product you can't return it, sorry! If the product hasn't been used you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase using our pre-paid return shipping label. Please note, $10.00 per returned package will be deducted from your refund. You can follow the instructions below in our return policy to get one of those labels. Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange something you'll have to return the unwanted product for a full refund. You can go back and purchase what you need. Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded.

  • Is there a warranty on this stuff?

    Sure, all our stuff is covered under our basic warranty policy which you can find a little farther below if you scroll down. If you have warranty issues with our wetsuits, you can scroll down and read the section titled Wetsuit Warranty & Repairs.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    We do offer international shipping to a select number of countries. Currently we offer international shipping to: Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Bolivia, Botswana, Canada, Chile, China, Columbia, Comoros, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Fiji, Guam, Guatemala, Hong Kong, India, Kenya, Macao, Madagascar, Maldives, Mauritius, Mexico, Mozambique, Namibia, Nicaragua, Panama, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Peru, Samoa, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, U.S. Virgin Islands, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe. Shipping Info

We offer free economy shipping on orders in the US that are over $100. Shipping prices are live within checkout based on your ship to location and the size of the package. We ship USA orders using UPS and USPS. Orders will be processed and shipped within one to two business days, excluding holidays and weekends. UPS shipping days are based on business days. Please keep this in mind when submitting your order.

International Shipping Info

Vissla offers International Shipping via DHL Worldwide Express (3-5 business days) and USPS (2-14 business days). Shipping pricing is live within checkout and varies per country. Orders will be processed and shipped within two to four business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

The customer is solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees (if applicable). These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Tracking Info

International Tracking Info

All international orders are shipped via DHL Worldwide Express (3-5 business days) or USPS (2-14 business days). If you purchased the product from Vissla.com, please follow these instructions:
If you've used the product you can't return it, sorry! If the product hasn't been used you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase date using our pre-paid return shipping label. *Vissla does not accept returns or exchanges on wetsuits that have been worn in the water. We ask that you please make sure the suit fits 100% correctly BEFORE getting into the water.

*Vissla reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

*All sales are final on Vissla stickers, gift cards, prints, surfboards, and books.

International Return Policy

If you've used the product you can't return it, sorry! If the product hasn't been used, damaged, and tags are still attached, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. Vissla does not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.

To return an International purchase, please follow the following instructions:

Apparel & Accessories Warranty

WARRANTY

If you purchased the product from an authorized Vissla dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.

DON'T PANIC, Vissla covers any apparent malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under warranty for ninety (90) days from the original purchased date. Apparel and accessories are only covered when purchased from an authorized dealer. The apparel warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product is qualified under our warranty, Vissla will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable style.

HOW DO WE DECIDE IF IT’S COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
Someone from Vissla will determine whether your product qualifies under our warranty.

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR WARRANTY
1. Contact customer service by phone at 949.769.3700 or by e-mail at care@vissla.com.

WARRANTY REPAIRS

If you purchased the product from an authorized Vissla dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.

DON’T PANIC, Vissla offers a 1 year from purchase date manufacturer warranty on all neoprene and 90 days from the purchase date for wetsuit accessories. Warranty repairs cover any apparent malfunctions under normal use like a zipper that’s busted or a seam that’s torn. Warranty repairs are free of charge.

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS
Non-Warranty repairs cover damage caused by normal wear and tear that is not caused by a malfunction. Examples include: a blown-out panel, a fin cut, worn material, extended or excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow care instructions provided. We charge for non-warranty repairs. Our wetsuit experts at Vissla will contact you if there will be a charge and/or discuss repair options and pricing.

Someone from Vissla will determine whether your wetsuit repair qualifies under our warranty or if there will be a charge and/or discuss repair options and pricing.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR WETSUIT
1. Please make sure your wetsuit is washed thoroughly, dirt/sand free, completely dry, and folded neatly. Unfortunately, we can’t repair suits that are sandy, dirty or wet since they may damage our machines.
2. Make sure the box you use to ship the wetsuit in is large enough to prevent from too much creasing.
3. Place the Vissla Wetsuit Repair Form (completely filled out) in the box with your wetsuit along with a copy of your original packing slip.
4. Please make sure you have your tracking info for shipping.
5. Please include a return shipping label.
