We have three shipping options available: Economy Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day. Economy Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day orders will be shipped and delivered by UPS. Orders will be processed and shipped within one to two business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

International Shipping Info

Vissla offers International Priority Mail (6-10 Business Days) or Express Mail (3-5 Business Days) shipping via United States Postal Service. Shipping pricing is live within checkout and varies per country. Orders will be processed and shipped within two to four business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

The customer is solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees (if applicable). These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Currently we offer international shipping to: Antigua and Barbuda, Aruba, Bahamas, Barbados, Botswana, China, Comoros, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecudor, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Kenya, Macao, Madagascar, Maldives, Mauritius, Mexico, Mozambique, Namibia, Nicaragua, Panama, Philipines, Samoa, Seychelles, Solomon Islands, Sri Lanka, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Taiwan, Trinidad and Tobago, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe. Tracking Info

A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. The confirmation will have some information on how to track your order. You can also track your order by clicking on the button that looks like a little person in the top right corner of our website and select "Track My Order". Once you've clicked the button you can enter your Order ID # (WEBV#####) and Order Email to track your order. If it's been over a few days since you entered your order and you still haven't received a shipping confirmation, that's a big bummer! Please contact our customer service team at shop@vissla.com and we'd be stoked to help you out.

International Tracking Info

All international orders are shipped via USPS and delivered by your local postal service. A shipping confirmation will be sent to you via email when your order has left the warehouse. The confirmation email will provide information on how to track your order. You can also track your order by clicking on the button that looks like a little person in the top right corner of our website and select "Track My Order". Once you've clicked the button you can enter your Order ID # (WEBV#####) and Order Email to track your order. Return Policy

If you purchased the product from an authorized Vissla dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.

If you purchased the product from Vissla.com, please follow these instructions:
If you've used the product you can't return it, sorry! If the product hasn't been used you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase date using our free return shipping label. You can follow the instructions below to get one of those labels. Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you want to exchange something you'll have to return the unwanted product for a full refund. You can go back and purchase what you need. Please allow 7-14 days from when we receive the returned product for the money to be refunded.

To return a purchase, please follow the following instructions:
1. Find the button on the top right of our website that looks like a little person (My Account).
2. If you have an account, Login to your account, click the link to "view my orders," and select the order containing items you'd like to return.
3. If you don't have an account, find the "Track my Order" option and enter your Order ID #(WEBV-#####) and Order Email.
4. Complete and submit the online return request form, and print the free return shipping label.
5. Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition, with original packing materials, and stick that return label to your return.
6. Drop your return package off at any UPS shipping location.

A return confirmation will be sent to you as soon as your return is processed. You can always ask us for help, contact our customer service team at shop@vissla.com and we'd be stoked to help you out!

*Vissla does not accept returns or exchanges on wetsuits that have been worn in the water. We ask that you please make sure the suit fits 100% correctly BEFORE getting into the water.

*Vissla reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

International Return Policy

If you've used the product you can't return it, sorry! If the product hasn't been used, damaged, and tags are still attached, you can return it to us within 30 days of your purchase. Vissla does not cover the cost of international returns. We recommend sending the merchandise back using the most cost effective shipping that is available to you that includes tracking.

To return an International purchase, please follow the following instructions:
1. Find the button on the top right of our website that looks like a little person (My Account).
2. If you have an account, Login to your account, click the link to "view my orders," and select the order containing items you'd like to return.
3. If you don't have an account, select "Track Order" and enter your Web Order ID # (WEBV-#####) and Order Email.
4. Complete and submit the online return request form, and print the Return Authorization paperwork.
5. Pack product with suitable packaging materials. Make sure that you return the merchandise in original, unused condition with tags still attached, and include the original packing slip and Return Authorization paperwork.
6. Ship return via an insured shipping method with a tracking number to the following address:

Apparel & Accessories Warranty

WARRANTY

If you purchased the product from an authorized Vissla dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.

DON'T PANIC, Vissla covers any apparent malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under warranty for ninety (90) days from the original purchased date. Apparel and accessories are only covered when purchased from an authorized dealer. The apparel warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or negligence. If a product is qualified under our warranty, Vissla will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable style.

HOW DO WE DECIDE IF IT’S COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
Someone from Vissla will determine whether your product qualifies under our warranty.

HOW TO PROCESS YOUR WARRANTY
1. Contact customer service by phone at 949.769.3700 or by e-mail at shop@vissla.com.

WARRANTY REPAIRS

If you purchased the product from an authorized Vissla dealer location/website, please contact the retailer directly.

DON’T PANIC, Vissla offers a 1 year from purchase date manufacturer warranty on all neoprene and wetsuit accessories. Warranty repairs cover any apparent malfunctions under normal use like a zipper that’s busted or a seam that’s torn. Warranty repairs are free of charge.

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS
Non-Warranty repairs cover damage caused by normal wear and tear that is not caused by a malfunction. Examples include: a blown-out panel, a fin cut, worn material, extended or excessive exposure to sunlight, improper handling or storage, or failure to follow care instructions provided. We charge for non-warranty repairs. Our wetsuit experts at Vissla will contact you if there will be a charge and/or discuss repair options and pricing.

HOW DO WE DECIDE IF IT’S A WARRANTY OR NON-WARRANTY REPAIR?
Someone from Vissla will determine whether your wetsuit repair qualifies under our warranty or if there will be a charge and/or discuss repair options and pricing.

WHAT SHOULD I DO FIRST?
If you purchased the wetsuit from Vissla.com, please fill out the Vissla Wetsuit Repair Form on the next page. Please write as clearly as possible, provide as much detailed information as you can and give us a detailed description of the repair needed. Also, mark the area in need of repair on one of the wetsuit drawings on the repair form.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR WETSUIT
1. Please make sure your wetsuit is washed thoroughly, dirt/sand free, and completely dry. Unfortunately, we can’t repair suits that are sandy, dirty or wet since they may damage our machines.
2. Make sure the box you use to ship the wetsuit in is large enough to prevent from too much creasing.
3. Place the Vissla Wetsuit Repair Form (completely filled out) in the box with your wetsuit along with a copy of your original packing slip.
