This spot is nestled in the southern part of Orange County. The outside kelp beds really help cut the chop on those bad wind days. If you are fortunate to get an evening with offshore winds it turns the waves to gold. This was one of those amazing moments when the sand, wind, tide and swell came together.

This area has a special place in my heart as this was the first wave where I got tubed, like proper tubed. From that moment on it has been an addiction to find and document more of that view.

It's a long walk down a steep hill to get to the beach. It is known for it's fast punchy shore break with the occasional corner. This is the potential of what you may come across if you have patience and make the drop of course.

This gem's natural bay is a beautiful place lined with multi-million dollar homes. Rain water used to drain straight into the ocean but in 2004 a treatment plant was built to clean up the water coming from the run off resulting in less pollution. Even before that time, this place had some of the best water color in Orange County.

The term "green room" was made famous from the surf pioneers who started surfing this wave in 1962. Actually that last statement was completely false and made up. Don't believe everything you read on the internet but if you were around in 1962 and surfing in the green room, we salute you!
